Group Stockholm Shore Excursion
Group Stockholm Shore Excursion Description:
Sweden is world known for it’s medieval history, architecture, the Nobel Prize and much more. A guided excursion of the Vasa Museum is included in your adventure. You will get the best of Stockholm on a guided shore excursion, leaving plenty of time for discoveries on your own.
You will meet your guide at the exit gate of the port. You will have a short walk towards the old town (duration of the walk depends on the pier your ship is moored to, but not longer than 20 min). During 2 hour guided tour of the Old Town you will cover all the main highlights of Stockholm. Your guide will take you around Old Town (Gamla Stan), you will see St. Nicholas Cathedral, King’s Palace and the guards of the palace. You will see the Old and New Parliament buildings, Stockholm Concert Hall where the Nobel prize is awarded, Knight’s Island (Riddarholmen) and the Cathedral – burial place of most noble families and Kings of Sweden.
You get the best experience of Stockholm for a reasonable price.
At the end of the tour your guide will advise you about places to visit on your own, such as restaurants, museums, and other interesting attractions, along with how you can return to the port.
